The Collings C-10 series, originally inspired by guitars introduced around the same time as the OM, offers a leaner, more focused response. The narrow waist and small upper bout create a precise and dynamic sound, while the rounded neck profile makes it one of the easiest models for electric guitarists to adapt to. The small oval neck heel complements the optional cutaway, offering easy access to the upper frets.

With its distinctive design, the C-10 features an asymmetrical headstock, elegant curvilinear pickguard, and a refined shape that stands out from the crowd of traditional small acoustic guitars.

The C-10 Deluxe Koa model boasts beautiful Honduran mahogany back and sides, a 25 1/2" scale length (short scale optional), and rope top purfling, along with a walnut backstrip and a clean, minimalist fingerboard and peghead. The Deluxe model adds East Indian rosewood back and sides, b/w/b/w/b top purfling, a maple/rosewood backstrip, and ivoroid binding on the fingerboard and peghead, giving it a luxurious feel.
