Its that time again! Danny D's
Guitar Hacienda is celebrating our 28th Anniversary!
Join us at noon on April
10th for an afternoon of music, tacos, and free stuff!

One of the oldest garage-rock bands in the area, Cold Feet, is going to
play some classic 60s and 70s hits for us while we chow down on some tacos.
But make sure you make it, both the band and the tacos will wrap up around
3pm.

I know what you're thinking. Good food? Good music? What else could I
ask for? Well in case you're pondering that, we're one step ahead of you.
We'll also be having drawings for free swag from Taylor,
Martin, and PAUL
REED SMITH (PRS) Guitars! In fact, PRS is so happy we're an authorized
dealer now, they're holding a presentation/giveaway with Jim Russell from
PRS. He'll have with him some beautiful examples of PRS Custom Shop pieces
and their new amps, all available at a special one time price.
Need to hear em before you buy em? We'll have a special guest or two playing
on the new PRS guitars and amps. Still not enough? He'll also be giving
away some PRS Custom Shop pickups! How can you say no? You can't. Come
see us. We'd love to see you.

Fender Day on May 27th at Danny D's with Greg Koch
and his Wicked & Wacky Wankin was a Hoot!
Thanks for all of you who came and was part of the
show!

Fender® presents
The Return of the Gristle Man!
Fender University professor, Favored Nations recording artist and
instruction book/DVD
guru Greg Koch is hitting the road to introduce you to this new Fender
Road Word guitar
series and the Fender Vintage Modified guitar amplifiers. Greg will
serve up generous
portions of tasty tips, tones and tidbits while showing you how to
play some rootsy morsels
and what to use to make 'em sound good.
We had a lot of fun at our 27th anniversary party in April. We
ate 200 tacos, played music in the parking lot in front of the
store, and ran over a Takamine with the big truck. What could
be better!
Lottsa folks were on hand to get free-be's like shirts and strings
from Martin and Taylor and fill up on tacos. Everybody got something.
Cold Feet and Ken Valentino rocked the house!
Here's a few pics.
